Represented Biotronik in a Declaratory Judgment action brought in relation to several of their valuable stent designs resulting in a favorable settlement.

Represented Anacor Pharmaceuticals and Pfizer in a Hatch-Waxman litigation against five generic developers in relation to their filings for abbreviated new drug applications resulting in multiple favorable settlements.
