Jessi Lord

Jessi represents clients in high technology matters ranging from pre-litigation consulting to high stakes patent, copyright, and trademark litigation.

Jessi brings substantial experience managing complex litigations at every stage, with an emphasis on aggressive and strategic discovery planning and fact investigation with an eye towards trial.  Jessi earned her J.D. from UC Law San Francisco and an LL.M. in European Law at Panthéon-Assas University Paris II.  

Outside the office, Jessi is an avid climber and outdoor enthusiast. Whether on the rocks or on the trail, she’s always seeking her next adventure.
